Please join us at Union for a Wine Makers Dinner –Tuesday, March 9th 2010, 7:30pm.
We are very excited to have the wine maker from Pares Balta joining us for a 3-course meal plus dessert prepared by the Union kitchen. We will be serving up three wines from the house located in Penedes, Spain.

Chef Teo and Sommelier Christopher Sealy of Union Restaurant in partnership with Mark Coster of Profile Wine Group will be the hosts for the evening.

Pares Balta Wines featured:
Cava Brut N.V [parellada, macabeo, xarel.lo]
Calcara [xarel.lo] (white)
Mas Elena [cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc] red

Pares Balta practices organic & biodynamic methods with all of their wines and vineyards.
